ALLFAB, INC. began life as Complete Welding Service,

a sole proprietorship founded and operated by Russell

Roth in 1982 in his garage on the southeast side of

Columbus, Ohio. Russell started his company to fulfill

a lifetime dream of owning his own company. Prior to

going into business for himself, he worked for a

number of various metal fabrication companies across

the country. Russell utilized the wealth of

knowledge and experience he gained in these jobs,

and his one year experience as a partner in a fabrication

firm in Oregon, to found his own firm.

Complete Welding Service performed a variety of metal

fabrication jobs for small and medium sized companies

in Central Ohio. As its customer base and sales grew,

in 1987 it became necessary to move the business from

Russ' garage into a leased 1500 square feet facility

located in close proximity to his home. This space was

doubled to some 3000 square feet, and additional

equipment was purchased the next year to help keep pace

with the growth in business.

In 1990, ALLFAB, INC. was incorporated under the laws

of the state of Ohio by Russell and Lise' Roth. Lise' was

elected President, and Russell was made Vice President

of the new corporation. Building on the excellent customer

base from Complete Welding Service, ALLFAB continued

to develop its already enviable reputation for high quality

work, timely deliveries, versatility, and virtually unlimited

metal working abilities. This reputation helped the fledgling

company to quickly become a force to be reckoned with in

the Central Ohio metal fabrication shop arena.

Since its incorporation, ALLFAB has grown tremendously;

from four full time employees in 1990, to seventeen full and

part time people in 1997. The company purchased its own

building in 1991 on Williams Road in southeast Columbus.

Even though the new facility was some 6000 square feet,

including offices, ALLFAB soon outgrew the new building,

and added another 3500 square feet early in 1995. Business

continued to increase, and just two-and-one-half years after

the new building was completed, plans were made for

another addition.

Concurrent with the growth in business, ALLFAB added new

modern machinery and equipment. A new laser cutter and a

plasma increased production capacity and company

capabilities, allowing the firm to better serve its growing

customer base. Among other equipment ALLFAB has

bought recently, the company purchased two brakes,

additional welders, a larger shear, a turret punch, and

a notcher. This equipment added to the extensive listing

in the plant has made ALLFAB one of the best equipped

metal fabrication firms in the state.

Today, ALLFAB has the capability to meet the all of the

needs of its customers, whether the need is a small welding

job or a production run of several hundred pieces.

Stay tuned as ALLFAB continues it's pattern of  growth,

which translates to better service for you, the valued

customer.
